Kyiv: Ukraine refused Friday to deny that it had carried out air strikes on Russian land, because the expectations of de-escalation faded in war operations and evacuation of President Vladimir Putin for Mariupol who was surrounded failed.
Peaceful consideration between Ukrainian and Russian officials continued through videos, but the Kremlin warned helicopter attacks on fuel depots in Belgorod City would hamper negotiations.
Kyiv will not be withdrawn whether behind the attack, with Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said he did “do not have all military information”.
With the prospect of a war that developed throughout the Ukrainian border, a little progress was reported at one of the most urgent humanitarian disasters in the country, in the city of South Mariupol which was destroyed.
The International Red Cross said the team leading to the city was forced to return on Friday after “settings and conditions made it impossible to continue”.
It was the latest among several missions that collapsed to build a safe corridor for civilians to escape the ferocious Russian shootings at Mariupol, even though the Red Cross said his team would try again on Saturday.
After five weeks of military campaigns that have reduced some Ukrainians for debris, Moscow said this week would reduce counterattacks in the capital Kyiv and the city of Cernigiv.
– Russia returns back? –
But Volodymyr Zelensky’s Ukrainian president said Russia consolidated and prepared “strong strikes” in the east and south, joined the choir of Western Assessment which was grouped by Moscow’s troops, not attractive.
Zelensky on Friday played the host for the European Parliament President Roberta Metsola in Kyiv, called him “his brightness” to visit the war zone.
“We are happy that you are on the side of light and a good,” Zelensky told Metsola.
“Courage, strength, determination,” Metsola said on Twitter, posted a photo of his hand and Zelensky trembled.
Air strikes in Russia reached the giant energy giant fuel storage facility in the western city of Belgorod, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) from the border with Ukraine.
Oleksiy Arestovych, an aide to the President of Ukraine, said in Twitter video that “for what happened in the Russian region, his responsibilities lied to Russia, and it was up to them to deal with them.”
But the consequences of peace negotiations quickly became clear by Moscow.
“This is not something that can be considered to create a comfortable condition for the continuation of negotiations,” said Kremlin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Russia launched its invasion on February 24, hoping to quickly take Kyiv and overthrow the Zelensky government.
A ferocious Ukrainian Fightback and Russian logistics and tactical issues scuppered the plan, with Russia also combat unprecedented western sanctions that have led multinational companies to stop in the country.
US officials on Friday gave a gloomy assessment of the Russian economy, the warning would fall into a recession “inside” and shrank by 10 percent.
On land, Ukrainian forces began to reaffirm control including around the capital of Kyiv and in the southern region of Kherson – the only important city managed by Russia.

Russian troops “continued their partial retreat” from North Kyiv to the Belarusian border, said the Ukrainian defense ministry.
Civilians have heed the area destroyed because the Ukrainian forces released the area around Kyiv and Cernigiv.
Karolina Tkachenko who was three years old and his family had been running an hour through the field scattered with a russian armored vehicle burning to escape from their village outside Kyiv.
“Shops are closed, there is no delivery of supplies. The bridge also exploded, we could not go to groceries there,” said Karolina Karina Tkachenko.
“I hope that all this will end soon, and I will return to my job,” he told AFP.
