WASHINGTON: US President Joe Biden has announced his intention to nominate Political Activists from India Shephali Raz and Duggal as his messenger to the Netherlands, according to the White House.
MS Duggal, 50, is an Indian immigrant to the United States from the State of Jammu and Kashmir. He has been raised in Cincinnati, Chicago, New York and Boston.
The White House made an announcement on Friday along with several other main administrative and diplomatic positions.
Ms. Duggal, a mother of two people, is an experienced political activist, advocate for women’s rights and human rights campaigners, the White House said.
He was a former president’s appointment to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Council and continued to function as a Western regional advisor.
Ms. Duggal is a member of the San Francisco committee from Human Rights Watch, a member of the leadership of the Wake Forest University and the Character Council, and served on the National Board of Directors for the list of Emily.
He received the Supreme Court in Political Communication from New York University. He also studied bulk communication at Miami University.
Ms. Duggal is a recipient of many civil awards, including being recognized by the Western Regional Leadership Award by the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, as a community hero by the California State Assembly, and as one of the most powerful women in national diversity with the National Diversity of Board.
He served as chairman with women for Joe Biden, and as Deputy Chairperson of the National Finance at the Democratic National Committee, the White House said.
Ms. Duggal has been active in Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign and has also been associated with President Hillary Clinton’s campaign where he is a member of the North California Steering Committee campaign and women for the Hillary Committee.
